Our naturopath has carefully selected this blend of organic herbs, to help support healthy immune function.

Herbs including Echinacea root, ginger and rose hip have traditionally been used to support and strengthen the immune system. This holistic blend has a grounded, earthy flavour, with subtle hints of sweet licorice and Vitalising elements of zesty ginger and fresh lemongrass.

Directions:

Place a heaped teaspoon ( 2.5 grams) of tea per cup (250ml) into a teapot or infuser. Add filtered water at 75c-85c and allow to infuse for 3-4 minutes. Strain the tea and serve. Best consumed without milk or sweetener.

Warnings:

Store below 30C in a dry place away from sunlight.
