Wanderlust Valerian 50ml

Wanderlust Elderflower is a consciously created plant active in a readily absorbed liquid herbal extract.

Valerian is traditionally used in western herbal medicine to reduce nervous tension, relieve sleeplessness and support refreshing sleep.

Directions:

Directions for use – Adult dosage: take 2.25 ml daily, or as directed by your healthcare practitioner. Drop directly onto the tongue or dilute in 30 ml of water or juice and consume immediately. Shake well before use.

Warnings:

Store below 30C in a cool, dry place away from direct heat and sunlight.

Do not use if cap seal is missing or broken.
